Dnia 18.XII.br odbyło się Nadzwyczajne Walne Zebranie Członków Lubuskiej Organizacji Turystycznej
W pierwszym terminie nie było qworum. Zebranie rozpoczęto w drugim terminie. Zgodnie z porządkiem obrad:
1. Otwarcie obrad
2. Wybór Komisji Skrutacyjnej, Wniosków i Uchwał
3. Wybór wiceprzewodniczącego Zarządu LOTur
4. Podjęcie Uchwały o zmianach w Statucie Lubuskiej Organizacji Turystycznej
5. Podsumowanie IX Ogólnopolskich Warsztatów Turystycznych
6. Przyjęcie planu pracy LOTur na rok 2009
7. Sprawy różne
8. Sprawozdanie Komisji Wniosków i Uchwał
9. Zakończenie obrad
Otwarcia dokonała przewodnicząca LOTUR Jadwiga Błoch, która jednocześnie przewodniczyła zebraniu.
Na początku był miły akcent wręczono odznakę przewodnika lubuskiego P. Beacie Pawlikowskiej
Do komisji skrutacyjnej wybrano Burmistrza Krosna Odrz, p Chinalskiego i p.Beatę Pawlikowską.
Zgodnie z uzgodnieniami z poprzedniego Walnego Zebrania Członków LOTur, na piąte miejsce w Zarządzie zaproponowano przedstawiciela Urzędu Marszałkowskiego wskazanego przez Marszałka Województwa p. Waldemara Sługockiego. Więcej kandydatur nie było . W głosowaniu tajnym p. Waldemar Sługocki został wybrany jednomyślnie. W związku z tym podjęto Uchwałę nr1/2008 z dnia 18.XII.08 o powołaniu na drugiego wiceprzewodniczącego p. Waldemara Sługockiego.
W związku z propozycjami dotyczącymi zmian w Statucie LOTUR głos zabrała J. BŁOCH. Zaproponowała za głosem Polskiej Organizacji Turystycznej ujednolicenie nazw i określeń w naszym statucie, żeby były spójne z pozostałymi Regionalnymi Organizacjami Turystycznymi.
1. Dotyczy nazwy organizacji, należy dodać słowo REGIONALNA , abyśmy byli kojarzeni przez ogół jako regionalna Organizacja turystyczna a nie lokalna co sugeruje obecna nazwa.
Obecna nazwa po jednogłośnym przegłosowaniu brzmi
LUBUSKA REGIONALNA ORGANIZACJA TURYSTYCZNA „LOTUR"
2. Dotyczy określeń przewodniczący, wiceprzewodniczący , zgodnie z Ustawą o POT wszystkie regionalne organizacje używają określeń prezes wiceprezesi, jako jedyna organizacja mamy inne nazwy stąd wniosek o ujednolicenie.
Po jednomyślnym przegłosowaniu dokonano zmian wykreślono z kolejnych paragrafów słowa „przewodniczący" i „wiceprzewodniczący" a wstawiono w te miejsca słowa „ prezes" i „ wiceprezesi" .
Następnie p. Jadwiga Błoch podsumowała organizowane przez LOTUR IX Ogólnopolskie Warsztaty Turystyczne w Łagowie, które przyniosły sukces naszej organizacji.
Prezes Jadwiga Błoch zaprezentowała plan pracy dla LOTUR na rok 2009, który przez obecnych na sali został zatwierdzony, zaproponowano jednocześnie rozesłanie emailem do wszystkich członków plan celem akceptacji przez innych nieobecnych.
Nie zgłoszono żadnych uwag i wniosków i na tym zebranie zakończono.

W sprawie wyboru Wiceprzewodniczącego Zarządu Stowarzyszenia Lubuskiej Organizacji Turystycznej LOTur.
Na podstawie § 23 pkt.2 oraz § 27 ust.1 Statutu Lubuskiej Organizacji Turystycznej LOTur uchwala się :
§ 1
Na drugiego Wiceprzewodniczącego Zarządu Lubuskiej Organizacji Turystycznej LOTur wybiera się:
